  • JOB REF: ST12-753 - CRANE OPERATOR (LONG TERM)
    Start Date: ASAP
    Duration: Long term
    Location: Nigeria

    We are currently looking for a Crane Operator for a long term position for one of our clients to start as soon as possible, if you are interested and have the required experience and certification please forward an updated CV to me as soon as possible:

    Vessel is a MPSV engaged in Deep Water ROV & installation/recovery of xmas trees in sea bed of about 800 – 1000 meter deep
    operating in Nigeria for about 18 months charter (subject to extension), Rotation is 2 months on / 2 months off.

    Crane is Huisman 120T Knuckle Boom Crane with Active Heave Compensation System.

    Certification Requirements:
    a. Should have Stage/Level 3 certificate with valid assessment
    b. Should have HLO certificate (relevant experience as HLO is a must).
    c. Should have valid BOSIET & Valid offshore medical.

  • RIGGERS / RIGGING FOREMEN: OFFSHORE WINDFARM TOWER OPERATIONS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    Preferred – suitable accredited rigging qualification, Lifting, slinging and Banksman. Plus accredited training for wind farm installation projects which includes Working at heights with rescue, confined Space Entry and Boat Transfer - subject to client requirements.

    Candidates will have proven skills with relevant experience to safely and efficiently execute tower operations including, rigging, cable handling, lifting activities associated cable pull-ins

    Appropriate and valid Offshore Survival certificate and Offshore Medical

  • SUBSEA EQUIPMENT TECHS/OPERATORS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    Minimum HNC (or other recognised qualification) in an engineering discipline. Multi-skilled (Hydraulic/Mechanical/Electrical fault diagnosis and repair) and whilst having specific expertise in one area, should be familiar with, and able to safely fault find in other areas. Must have minimum 180 days operational experience and be fully conversant with the operation and maintenance of systems and sub-systems associated with Subsea vehicles / ploughs.
    Appropriate and valid Offshore Survival certification and Offshore Medical.

    THE ROLE
    To operate and maintain all forms of operations equipment including plough/launch and recovery winches / “A” frames in a broad range of operational circumstances, ensuring the equipment achieves its highest performance during offshore operations and in accordance with the Client’s requirements, operating manuals and procedures.

  • ROV PILOT TECHS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    HNC/HND Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent. Minimum 100 days offshore experience in ROV operations. Must be capable of piloting the ROV in a broad range of operational circumstances and be able to navigate and operate the ROV without supervision, perform manipulator duties and be knowledgeable in the ROV control, navigation and propulsion systems.
    Appropriate and valid Offshore Survival certification and Offshore Medical.

    THE ROLE
    To assist with ROV operations and perform maintenance, preparations and repair of the ROV system as directed by the ROV Supervisor, and undertake ROV operations in accordance with Operating procedures.

  • OFFSHORE CRANE OPERATORS
    Required for offshore construction vessels, Candidates should have experience on construction vessels, deployment of subsea plant and equipment, vessel to vessel transfers.

  • OFFSHORE MANAGERS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    Substantial related experience and demonstrating relevant management experience – ideally in a Superintendent type position with North Sea offshore management experience, and with good overall knowledge of all offshore operations supported by a strong foundation in management and leadership capabilities.

    Typically, candidates will have served in an operational role – experience gathered in the North Sea and in other Oil/Gas area’s is a pre-requisite for consideration. Experience of dynamic positioning operations and other subsea construction utilizing remote technology devices (ROV’s, Ploughs etc) are essential.

    THE ROLE
    This is a Senior Management position which undertakes responsibility for the management of the project offshore. The role includes being the primary operational interface onboard with the Client and Vessel Master, ensuring operations are completed in accordance with approved programmes and relevant statutory and company policies and procedures, in a safe and efficient manner and within the necessary contractual and technical specifications.
