  • JOB REF: ST14-1344 - ROV SUPT/SUPV/PILOT TECH 1 x 3
    Start Date: Wed 6 August 2014
    Duration: Approx 25 days work (may change subject to operational requirements)
    Location: North Sea (Southern Area)
    Bias: Mechanical/Electrical
    Skill: Heavy Work Class
    Equipment: CS2 (CS150 SMD Quantum)
    Workscope: ROV Services – Wellhead Cleaning/Inspection

    Candidates must have strong piloting skills and experience of SMD Heavy Work class vehicles preferably Quantum.

  • JOB REF: ST14-1340 - PILOT TECHNICIAN
    Start Date: Circa 14/07/14
    Duration: Approx 2 weeks – subject to operational requirements

  • JOB REF: ST14-1331 – SHIFT SUPERVISOR
    Start Date: Circa 13th August 14
    Duration: 2 - 4 weeks (subject to operational requirements)
    Location: Norway
    Project Activity: Trenching
    Certification: Norwegian Survival & OGUK Medical
    Comments: Our client is looking for an experienced bridge based supervisor, with a minimum of 2 years working within a similar role. Candidate will also have good working knowledge of trenching projects.

  • SUBSEA EQUIPMENT TECHS/OPERATORS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    Minimum HNC (or other recognised qualification) in an engineering discipline. Multi-skilled (Hydraulic/Mechanical/Electrical fault diagnosis and repair) and whilst having specific expertise in one area, should be familiar with, and able to safely fault find in other areas. Must have minimum 180 days operational experience and be fully conversant with the operation and maintenance of systems and sub-systems associated with Subsea vehicles / ploughs.
    Appropriate and valid Offshore Survival certification and Offshore Medical.

    THE ROLE
    To operate and maintain all forms of operations equipment including plough/launch and recovery winches / “A” frames in a broad range of operational circumstances, ensuring the equipment achieves its highest performance during offshore operations and in accordance with the Client’s requirements, operating manuals and procedures.

  • ROV PILOT TECHS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    HNC/HND Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent. Minimum 100 days offshore experience in ROV operations. Must be capable of piloting the ROV in a broad range of operational circumstances and be able to navigate and operate the ROV without supervision, perform manipulator duties and be knowledgeable in the ROV control, navigation and propulsion systems.
    Appropriate and valid Offshore Survival certification and Offshore Medical.

    THE ROLE
    To assist with ROV operations and perform maintenance, preparations and repair of the ROV system as directed by the ROV Supervisor, and undertake ROV operations in accordance with Operating procedures.

  • OFFSHORE CRANE OPERATORS
    Required for offshore construction vessels, Candidates should have experience on construction vessels, deployment of subsea plant and equipment, vessel to vessel transfers.
    Minimum of Stage 2 Crane Operators certification and offshore survival and medical required.

  • RIGGERS / RIGGING FOREMEN: OFFSHORE WINDFARM TOWER OPERATIONS
    Qualifications and Experience:
    Preferred – suitable accredited rigging qualification, Lifting, slinging and Banksman. Plus accredited training for wind farm installation projects which includes Working at heights with rescue, confined Space Entry and Boat Transfer - subject to client requirements.

    Candidates will have proven skills with relevant experience to safely and efficiently execute tower operations including, rigging, cable handling, lifting activities associated cable pull-ins
